The Terms and Conditions of this Website include a basic code of conduct. This expanded Code of Conduct is in addition to the one set forth in the Terms and Conditions; it does not replace that provision of the Terms and Conditions. This expanded Code of Conduct should itself be deemed a part of the Terms and Conditions to which you are agreeing as an Independent Creator and/or User of the Website. Any breach of this expanded Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

All Independent Creators and/or Users agree that they will conduct themselves on this Website under the following guidelines:

  1. APPLICABLE LAWS: All Independent Creators and/or Users will not use the Platform (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) for any unlawful purpose and will obey all applicable laws each and every time they use the Platform. Independent Creators and/or Users will not undertake any activity or use that would subject Tech 555 Inc to civil or criminal liability.
  2. PURPOSE: The Platform is intended for the sole personal enjoyment of Independent Creators and Users, who are not entitled to commercially exploit, reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit any content posted on the Platform, any communications made within the Platform, or any portion of the Platform itself. This includes framing the Platform on any other website, regardless of whether attribution is provided.
  3. ACCOUNT SECURITY: All Independent Creators and/or Users will select a username and a password when signing up to use the Platform and will not share that username and password with any other person or entity. All Independent Creators and/or Users will endeavor to keep their username and password confidential and use appropriate security to do so. Independent Creators and/or Users are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your account and will be liable for any unlawful activity or other misconduct that occurs on your account. No Independent Creator and/or User shall use the account of any other Independent Creator and/or User.
  4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY: All Independent Creators and/or Users agree that they will not engage in the following prohibited activity when using the Platform:
    1. Undertaking any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property of Tech 555 Inc, any other Independent Creator and/or User, or any third party;
    2. Making any statements about Tech 555 Inc, any other Independent Creator and/or User, or any third party that are false, defamatory, or otherwise actionable;
    3. Making any statements while using the Platform that could be deemed obscene, offensive, or lewd;
    4. Using language that is discriminatory, including but not limited to racist, transphobic, sexist, and ableist language;
    5. Attempting to ascertain the real identities, addresses, or other contact information of other Independent Creators and/or Users or engaging in conduct that violates the privacy rights of Tech 555 Inc, other Independent Creators and/or Users, or any third party;
    6. Using the Platform to post or to attempt to obtain illegal or obscene material, including but not limited to child pornography and material offensive to the dignity of another person;
    7. Allowing persons under the age of 18 to access the Platform;
    8. Posting photos or videos of persons under the age of 18, regardless of whether the content is sexual in nature;
    9. Using Bots or other automated or semi-automated means to unfairly add numbers to follower counts, views to your cam or to enhance an account in any way;
    10. Engaging in, soliciting, facilitating, or arranging for acts of prostitution, escort services, or any other relationship that involves the payment of compensation for a meeting;
    11. Using the Platform to facilitate webcam shows and/or the receipt of payment for services offered off of the Platform;
    12. Revealing any person or personally identifiable information about any Independent Creator or User or requesting such information from another Independent Creator or User; and
    13. Advertising online services that offer services that compete with the Platform, including but not limited to webcam services.
  5. VIDEO AND/OR AUDIO CAPTURE: Independent Creators and Users will not record or otherwise try to capture the video and/or audio content being streamed by any Independent Creator and/or User with any tool not provided by Tech 555 Inc.
  6. THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS: Independent Creators and Users will not use the Platform to infringe upon the rights of Tech 555 Inc, other Independent Creators and/or Users, or any and all third parties. This includes, but is not limited to: intellectual property rights, other property rights, privacy rights, and all civil rights. Independent Creators and Users will not use the Platform to obtain, solicit, make, or distribute any and all material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  7. HARASSMENT: Independent Creators and Users are prohibited from harassing other Users or Independent Creators. The Platform does not tolerate any form of harassment or attacks against other Creators or Users, including but not limited to, actions occurring within the Platform's own environment or its affiliated Social Media Networks. While we strive to maintain a respectful and safe community, we cannot control or verify comments made on external social media networks (e.g., Twitter, Instagram). Therefore, while we strongly discourage such behavior, the responsibility for monitoring and acting upon such incidents rests with the respective social media platforms. Harassment or attacks that occur on the Platform will result in a ban ranging from three days to permanent, depending on the severity of the offense. It is important to note that if the harassment and or attacks of any kind continue against other users of the Platform, this will constitute a continuing violation of the Code of Conduct, which will require further actions, including a permanent suspension of your account. Each case will be investigated and addressed carefully to ensure that the harassment and or attacks stop. In some cases, and at our discretion, if we observe harassing behavior outside of our website or social media networks that we consider to be a clear attack against another creator, and we believe it is unacceptable, we may ban the account responsible for the harassment. This action will only be taken if there is no doubt that harassment towards another creator on the platform has occurred, and only if we deem it appropriate. The Platform will not report the matter to the authorities, as it is not among our responsibilities. However, all affected parties are encouraged to do so, and we will provide any supporting documentation if requested by the authorities.
  8. SITE SECURITY: The Platform has various security features, and Independent Creators and Users shall not try to defeat or circumvent those security features in any way. Independent Creators and Users will not introduce any malicious code or attempt to otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the Platform or provide links to third party sites on the Platform.
  9. ATTIRE: While most forms of attire are acceptable on the Platform, Independent Creators and Users shall not wear anything resembling the military attire of any nation. Moreover, Independent Creators and Users will not wear anything resembling religious attire, regardless of the intent or the religion being depicted.
  10. NON-DISPARAGEMENT: Independent Creators and Users agree not to disparage, defame, or criticize the Platform and Tech 555 Inc either verbally or in writing. They additionally agree not to encourage others to make verbal or written statements disparaging, defaming, or criticizing Tech 555 Inc and the Platform.
  11. SPAM: Independent Creators and Users shall not use the Platform to distribute SPAM, third party advertisements, “chain”, “letters” or any commercial messages. Independent Creators and Users will not send any unsolicited communications to other Independent Creators and Users, except for those communications that occur as a normal part of the Platform’s normal chat services.
  12. INFORMATION SHARED BY OTHERS: Information provided to you by Independent Creators and Users on the Platform and all information found on the Platform should not be shared with anyone else. Unless you have the explicit written permission of the person who provided you with the information, it will be treated as strictly confidential.
  13. IDENTITY: Independent Creators and Users shall not attempt to hide or conceal their identities to Tech 555 Inc.
  14. COLLECTION OF DATA: Independent Creators and Users shall not use the Platform to obtain personal information or any other data about other Independent Creators and/or Users, regardless of whether through automated or manual means and regardless of whether such data is aggregated and anonymized or identifiable.
  15. ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS: If an Independent Creator or a User violates any provisions of this Code or the Terms and Conditions, Tech 555 Inc may ban that Independent Creator or User from using the Platform. Additionally, other account holders that use the Platform may, at their sole discretion, block certain Independent Creators or Users from viewing or accessing their accounts. If this occurs, the banned or blocked Independent Creator or User shall not create any additional accounts in an attempt to circumvent that ban or block.

RULES FOR INDEPENDENT CREATORS REGARDING CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM

Tech 555 Inc maintains certain rules for permissible content placed on the Platform and requires that all Independent Creators follow those rules. The below items are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination or suspension if not followed.

  1. Independent Creators are not permitted to post any obscene material. For purposes of this provision, “obscenity” includes but is not necessarily limited to:
    1. child pornography (or any simulated or other depictions of child pornography);
    2. rape (or any simulated or other depictions of rape);
    3. incest (or any simulated or other depictions of incest);
    4. bestiality (or any simulated or other depictions of bestiality);
    5. depictions of scatological material, vomit, or menstrual blood, whether real or simulated;
    6. content that could colloquially be described as “goatse” or “bukkake”; and
    7. any actions or material that are considered obscene or illegal in your place of residence.
  2. Independent Creators are not permitted to post any depictions of illegal or unsafe actions. For purposes of this provision, “illegal” or “unsafe” includes, but it not necessarily limited to:
    1. Physical violence or any activity that causes physical pain;
    2. Blood;
    3. Torture;
    4. Fisting;
    5. Any activity that prevents the person depicted from breathing normally, including but not limited to erotic asphyxiation or face sitting;
    6. Use of illegal drugs (including drugs that are legal in some jurisdictions but not others, such as marijuana);
    7. Any activities typically associated with physical or emotional harm; and
    8. Any real or simulated non-consensual physical or sexual activity.
  3. Independent Creators are not permitted to sleep on camera on the Platform (regardless of whether the sleep is real or simulated).
  4. Independent Creators are not permitted to perform on the Platform while intoxicated on alcohol or drugs (regardless of whether the drug has been prescribed by a doctor or whether it is legal).
  5. Racial and/or ethnic roleplay is forbidden, as is any type of roleplay that contains degrading or abusive dialogue.
  6. In addition to the prohibition on child pornography, Independent Creators are not permitted to depict minors on the Platform, whether that person is actually a minor or acting like a minor, such as in a roleplay scenario. If Tech 555 Inc learns that an Independent Creator has violated this provision, Tech 555 Inc will report that Independent Creator to the relevant authorities.
  7. Independent Creators are not permitted to broadcast sexual shows from any public place where it is not allowed or show people not authorized on the platform.
  8. If an Independent Creator broadcasts outdoors, that Independent Creator must either own the property or have the property owner’s written consent to be on the property. Any content filmed must be on private property that is not visible to persons off of the property.
  9. Absent a written waiver from Tech 555 Inc Independent Creators are not permitted to broadcast previously recorded material on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to digitally created images.
  10. Independent Creators are permitted to use sex toys on the Platform. However, the sex toys used must be marketed and sold as sex toys and must not be abnormally large. You may seek Tech 555 Inc permission to use abnormally large sex toys or to use objects other than sex toys as sex toys. Tech 555 Inc may require you to sign documents holding it harmless in the event that injury occurs, or Tech 555 Inc may decline your request or revoke its prior-granted permission at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
